Anyone involved in education is rejoicing that school is out for the summer. Summers are a great time to relax, reset, sleep in, and do no homework! What are your plans for the summer? Time management is a great lesson for kids to practice during the free and unstructured summer months. It’s also an excellent time for your kids to learn to explore new ideas. However, boredom does settle in at times. One mom created a “Bored Jar” to give suggestions and tips on what to do when she hears the familiar, “Mom; I’m bored” over the summer.
