Dr. Cindy Ratliff was born and raised in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S in Mathematics. She then earned a D.M.D. at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.
Dr. Ratliff loves meeting new people and helping them with their dental needs. She wants to develop good relationships with her patients, and sees them as friends. She is committed to quality dentistry and lifelong learning. She volunteers at Good News Clinics to help the underserved in our community.
Dr. Ratliff enjoys spending time and traveling with her 3 children, Delaney, Grey and Noah, and with her husband, Dr. Michael Vetter. She is an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan, and follows them in all sports. She also enjoys reading, and listening to podcasts.
